Our whole beef share requires a $500.00 non-refundable deposit to reserve your beef and will get you through the long haul. Vacuum sealed and deep frozen on cut day for ultimate freshness for up to two years in the deep freezer.

All cut and vacuum sealed charges are covered by us and included in your total price per lb. cost. You will pay the hanging weight times the cost per pound.

Our average hanging weight is typically 725-750 lbs. We do an extended hang time for 21 days before it’s cut so the weight of beef that the customer gets is 60-70% of the hang weight. So that would be about 525lbs from the whole.

Below is an example of what you get with a whole beef. Please keep in mind that you will work with the butcher to complete a cut sheet as soon as your beef goes in to be processed, so this is just an example of a 700 lb hanging weight.
